I'm looking at the relationship between formal design systems and the people who create them as well as the people who use them (and everything in between). The main question I'm asking is:

title: The Biggest Change in My Design Practice

I've been thinking about this question for a while now and I finally have an answer!
The biggest change in my design practice has been learning how to use Figma effectively.
I started using Figma about six months ago when we were redesigning our website at work. At first, it was really frustrating because I didn't know how anything worked and I kept getting lost in all the different menus and panels. But after spending some time with it every day (even if it was just 10 minutes), I started to get comfortable with it and now I can't imagine working without it!
Here are some of the things that have helped me learn Figma:
1) **Take advantage of Figma's community** There are tons of resources out there for learning Figma including blogs posts tutorials videos etc . Spend some time exploring these resources so you can find ones that work best for you!
2) **Practice makes perfect** The more you use Figma ,the better you'll get at using it! So don't be afraid to experiment with different tools features etc .
3) **Ask questions** If you're stuck on something ,ask someone else who knows what they're doing . You might be surprised at how willing people are to help out !
4) **Don't give up !** Learning new things can be tough but if you keep at it ,you'll eventually get there !

Perspective is one of those words that gets thrown around a lot in both business and personal contexts but what does it actually mean?
I've been thinking about this question recently because I've noticed that people often talk about having "perspective" when they're faced with difficult situations or decisions. But what does that really mean?
To me ,perspective means being able to see things from multiple points of view . It means being able to step back from your own experiences emotions thoughts etc .and consider other possibilities . It also means being open minded enough to consider alternative explanations for why something happened instead of just assuming your first instinct was right .
